Hello everyone! While we have been at our homes, the youth services staff has been working hard to translate our Summer Learning Program (formerly called Summer Reading Program) into a fun and fulfilling experience for everyone during this challenging time.

This summer’s theme is “Imagine Your Story”, and it will run from June 1 through August 15. As the program does every year, it will incorporate reading logs, challenges, and prizes, as well as fun programs for kids of all ages.

Many activities will be virtual, some will be live, and we will follow all health and safety guidelines that we receive from the state. Even though it may be a little different, we are dedicated to making this summer the very best it can be!

During the month of May, we will post more information about registration, challenges, prizes, and all of the programs we will offer for the summer months. And, of course, we will be flexible and alter what we need to. We are all in this together.

We are looking forward to our annual Summer Learning Program, we hope that you will join us, and we will do our very best to make it a great one!
